• Booking must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival
• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation unless the prepayment is received
• Room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis, and are valid for single or double occupancy
• Room rates are subject to 11.9% State tax, 4.5% City tax, and 1.0% County tax per room per night
• Room availability and rates may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking
• Non-refundable but changeable subject to availability. Amendments are allowed up to 6 months from the original booking stay date
• Cancellation or reduction in room nights will result in forfeiture of the advance payment
• For reservations with more than double occupancy, an additional fee of $50 per night per guest over the age of 13 will be applied
