• Room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis, and are valid for single or double occupancy
• Room rates are subject to 10% VAT, 5% Service charge and 2% accomodation tax per person per night
• Room availability and rates may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking
• Non-refundable but changeable subject to availability. Amendments are allowed up to 6 months from the original booking stay date.
• Cancellation or reduction in room nights will result in forfeiture of the advance payment
