• Check-in is as early as 6:00 am on arrival day and check-out is as late as 10:00 pm on day of departure except on closed out dates February 9 to 14, March 28 to 31, December 1, December 22 to 25, 2025 and December 28, 2025, to January 1, 2026.
• Estimated time of arrival and departure must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival. 
• A hospitality room will be provided if the original booked room category is not available.

• When visiting The Gallery Club Lounge, a dress code of smart casual attire is required. Sleeveless shirts, short pants, bathrobes, work-out clothes, swimwear, rubber and bedroom slippers are not appropriate.
• Children aged 12 years old and below are not permitted at The Gallery Club Lounge. For guests travelling with Children, breakfast can be taken at Escolta restaurant, afternoon tea and evening cocktails can be taken in an alternate venue with a set menu.
