The series, held 4 times between April and October, welcomes award-winning female bartenders from abroad. Taste distinct flavors from all over the world, only available on the evening of each event of the series, crafted by each guest bartender.

Ms. Ellen Su (Taipei)

Ellen is the manager and senior bartender at Indulge Experimental Bistro, Taipei, boasts nearly 15 years in the food & beverage industry. Ellen secured the 2017 Cointreau Queen title in Taiwan, joined the 2018 Naked Grouse Bar SWAP, and led the team to seven consecutive Best Bar awards. As the driving force behind Indulge's success, Ellen is ready to showcase their unique cocktails and hospitality to the world.

Ms. Rachel Shin (Seoul)

Rachel is a South Korean bartender with a unique journey. Transitioning from a corporate professional to a bartender in her 30s in 2016, Rachel found her stride at renowned establishments like 'ALICE' and 'ZEST' in Cheongdam, Seoul. Recognized in competitions, she became a finalist at the DIAGEO WORLD CLASS KOREA in 2022 and 2023.

Rie is an accomplished bartender with over 15 years of experience. She is an award-winner in international cocktail competitions, she has gained global expertise at prestigious venues like the EDITION Hotel in London and served as the head bartender at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo. Now based in Shanghai, she continues to elevate her bartending skills.
