While sake is not traditionally paired with Chinese cuisine, its diverse profiles open the door to remarkable and harmonious combinations.
Under the expert guidance of Beverage Director Quentin Frantz and Chef de Cuisine Yusuke Komuro, this pairing menu showcases an extraordinary selection of sake styles, each one chosen to complement the delicate flavors and refined techniques of Cantonese cooking.
