Hei Fung Terrace is delighted to offer an exclusive dining experience blending tradition and innovation, where authentic Cantonese cuisine is reimagined with an unexpected yet exquisite companion: rare Japanese sake.

During a limited period, guests can indulge in an exquisite sake pairing and dining experience thoughtfully curated to enhance Hei Fung Terrace’s Premium, Deluxe, and Signature course menus. While sake is not traditionally paired with Chinese cuisine, its diverse profiles open the door to remarkable and harmonious combinations.

Under the expert guidance of Beverage Director Quentin Frantz and Chef de Cuisine Yusuke Komuro, this pairing menu showcases an extraordinary selection of sake styles, each one chosen to complement the delicate flavors and refined techniques of Cantonese cooking.
