Depending on your goals, it is recommended to work out at least three to five times per week. The Peninsula Chicago makes this easy for you by offering weekly fitness classes as well as personal training sessions, in addition to having elite workout equipment in the 20th floor Fitness Center, such as a Tonal machine and three Peloton bikes.

 

Our fitness classes are designed for all age groups and levels. The smaller class format allows for a more tailored workout to focus on your individual needs. Participating in workout classes consistently allows you to build a health routine, while also connecting with other members of the community.
