General terms and conditions:
- The promotion period starts on 4 October 2018 and ends on 4 November 2018 (both days inclusive). Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to the use of relevant personal data for the purposes of this promotion.
- This promotion applies to all purchases (except Food & Beverage consumptions) made at the shops inside The Peninsula Arcade in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Beijing.
- Customers must present same-day original machine-printed spending receipts meeting the spending requirement at designated redemption locations on the day of purchase to redeem the relevant reward.
- Each receipt can only be used once for redemption.
- Each customer can redeem only one reward per person per day.
- The relevant reward is available on a first-come-first-served basis and only while stock lasts. A reward may be replaced with another item without any prior notice.
- The reward has no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or resold.
- The rewards are provided by third party suppliers. None of the Peninsula Hotels are liable for the quality of any reward or for any issues arising out of or relating to any reward.
- Staff of The Peninsula Hotels or of The Peninsula Arcade tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the relevant Peninsula Hotel shall be binding and final on all parties.
- The Peninsula Hotels reserve the right to unilaterally amend or revise any terms and conditions of this promotion, or to terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice.

Terms & conditions for “Your Bespoke Photography Moment”:
- The reservation period lasts from 18 October 2018 until 11 November 2018 (both days inclusive) on every Thursday to Sunday. Participation in this promotional campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to the use of relevant personal data for the purposes of this promotional campaign.
- Prior reservation is required.
- Each eligible customer can reserve one session of “Your Bespoke Photography Moment” and bring a maximum of one friend to join the session.
- All reservations must be made or rescheduled on or before 8 November 2018.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Each session lasts for a maximum of 3 hours within the reserved time. Customers who are late will not be able to prolong the session.
- Customers will be required to provide their contact information (name, email and telephone number) to confirm their reservation. Designated third-party personnel of an appointed agency by The Peninsula Hotels for this campaign will contact the participating customers using the contact information provided. All personal information provided for reservation purposes will be deleted after the campaign has completed and will not be used for any other purpose.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. An email will be sent to the registered email address within two working days of the request confirming the rescheduling where possible.
- Each eligible customer will receive two sets of professionally-produced photos consisting five of their favourite portraits within two weeks after their photoshoot along with soft copies.
- The Peninsula Hotels and their appointed agencies will not, unless written authorisation has been obtained from the relevant customer, use any of the photos taken of the customer during the “Your Bespoke Photography Moment” event.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the relevant Peninsula Hotel shall be binding and final on all parties.
- The Peninsula Hotels reserve the right to unilaterally amend or revise any terms and conditions of this promotional campaign, or to terminate this promotional campaign at any time, without prior notice.
