TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Promotion Period for The Peninsula Arcade in Hong Kong starts from 10th December 2024 to 26th December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
- The Promotion Period for The Peninsula Arcade in Shanghai and Beijing starts from 10th December 2024 to 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
- The Promotion is applicable to customers who have registered as Premium Perfect Friend via "Peninsula Perfect Companion" WeChat Mini-Program. Customer name printed on the receipts used to redeem the reward must be the same as the registered name of Premium Perfect Friend.
- This Promotion applies to spending made at the shops inside The Peninsula Arcade in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing within the Promotion Period (Spending from Peninsula Hotels are NOT eligible for the Promotion). Payment date must fall within the Promotion Period to redeem the reward.
- Customers must present same-day original machine-printed spending receipts and payment slips, at the corresponding redemption locations on the day of purchase to redeem the relevant reward. Damaged, duplicated and re-printed receipts will not be accepted.
- Any spending relating to staff purchases, purchase of gift cards or cash vouchers, exchange, or refund receipts, are NOT eligible to the Promotion.
- Each receipt can only be used once, and the amount shown on the receipt cannot be split. All receipts will be stamped after redemption.
- Each customer can only redeem reward ONCE per day.
- The relevant reward is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. The Reward may be replaced with other item without any prior notice.
- The reward has no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or resold.
- Staff of The Peninsula Hotels or of The Peninsula Arcade tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the relevant Peninsula Hotel shall be binding and final on all parties.
- The Peninsula Hotels reserve the right to unilaterally amend or revise any terms and conditions of this promotion, or to terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice
