Dining

A culinary journey to Japan awaits diners upon entering Imasa’s sleek, understated dining room. The coolly inviting space, accented with golden-hued wood and Japanese ceramics, caters to fans of exceptional sushi and sashimi – as well as traditional specialities like hot pot, shabu-shabu, Ishiyaki stone-grill dishes, and tempura. These can be enjoyed à la carte or Kaiseki-style, and accompanied by a long list of premium sakes curated by Imasa’s culinary team.
