A culinary journey to Japan awaits diners upon entering Imasa’s sleek, understated dining room. The coolly inviting space, accented with golden-hued wood and Japanese ceramics, caters to fans of exceptional sushi and sashimi – as well as traditional specialities like hot pot, shabu-shabu, Ishiyaki stone-grill dishes, and tempura. These can be enjoyed à la carte or Kaiseki-style, and accompanied by a long list of premium sakes curated by Imasa’s culinary team.

 

Dress Code:
Smart Casual for all guests – Please refrain from wearing sports attire (including vests, short exercise pants and short sports leggings) or beachwear (including flip-flops, beach sandals and plastic footwear). Knee-length shorts, jeans, t-shirts and sneakers are acceptable during lunch periods. During dinner period, closed-toe shoes, long trousers and sleeved shirts are required for gentlemen.
