The Bar

the bar interior

Low-lit and intimate, The Bar boasts richly coloured wood panelling, club-style seating, and a gleaming mahogany bar, making it the perfect venue to enjoy world-class concoctions. The Mixologist team's artisanal cocktail creations cater to both classic and daring palates. In addition to fine wines and Champagne selected by Sommelier Marc Le Gallic, and an array of top-shelf spirits, The Bar also boasts a whisky collection. Live jazz performers add to the ambience of low-key elegance.

A Dual Celebration Of Heritage And Craftsmanship

In celebration of its impending 95th anniversary – The Peninsula Hong Kong is thrilled to present The Reach, a sublime, 81-year-old single malt whisky from The Macallan. The exceptional masterpiece was originally distilled in 1940 and its bottling strictly limited to 288 decanters worldwide; with only ten sent to Hong Kong, and The Peninsula’s bottle the only bottle not in private hands. The treasure will be exhibited and celebrated with a menu of specially crafted cocktails at The Bar beginning on 28 April 2023.
