Terms and Conditions

  • The Promotion Period starts from 10th to 14th February 2023 (both dates inclusive)
  • The Promotion is applicable to customers who have registered as Premium Perfect Friend via "Peninsula Perfect Companion" WeChat Mini-Program. 
  • This Promotion applies to spending made at the shops inside The Peninsula Arcade of Hong Kong, within the Promotion Period.  Spending from Peninsula Hotels are NOT eligible for the Promotion.
  • Customers must present same-day original machine-printed spending receipts and electronic payment matching receipts meeting the spending requirement, at the corresponding redemption locations on the day of purchase to redeem the relevant reward.
  • Any spending or purchase relating to pre-paid services package, private or corporate functions at restaurants or shops at The Peninsula Arcades, gift cards, stored-value card, gift certificates, gift vouchers or cash coupons issued by any entity, deposit, exchange or refund receipts, are NOT eligible to the Promotion.
  • Each receipt can only be used once. 
  • Each customer can only redeem reward ONCE per day.
  • The relevant reward is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. The Reward may be replaced with another item without any prior notice
  • The reward has no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or resold.
  • Staff of The Peninsula Hotels or of The Peninsula Arcade tenants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the relevant Peninsula Hotel shall be binding and final on all parties.
  • The Peninsula Hotels reserve the right to unilaterally amend or revise any terms and conditions of this promotion, or to terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice.
