Rolls-Royce Phantoms

In 2006, The Peninsula Hong Kong acquired 14 Rolls-Royce Extended Wheelbase (EWB) Phantoms, which were hand-made and modified under Rolls-Royce's Bespoke program to meet the hotel's specific criteria. The custom modifications included a cool box for chilled hand towels, customised tread plates, and a larger luggage compartment in each of the Phantoms, as well as a Lexicon sound system with 15 speakers, nine-channel amplification, and twin 12-inch screens. Each car took more than 350 hours to build and consumes less fuel than the previous-generation Silver Spur. The hotel's team of chauffeurs received training at Rolls-Royce's dedicated technical institute in the U.K., and the owners' operating handbooks were translated and printed in Chinese.

Bentayga Azures

The Peninsula Hong Kong’s four Bentley Bentayga Extended Wheelbase (EWB) Azures are super SUVs whose striking design and expansive interiors offer unparalleled comfort to passengers. The vehicles feature custom bodywork in signature Peninsula green, with hushed self-closing extended rear doors, and opulent inner compartments with custom-quilted seat backs, veneered picnic tables, individual entertainment screens, a rear control panel, signature audio systems, and Bentley mood lighting. Bespoke extras include a rear-seat massage function, dual wireless chargers in the front and rear seats, and spacious leather-clad luggage compartments.

Heliservices

The Peninsula Hong Kong has a rich history in civil aviation, and in 1994, twin helipads were introduced following a significant renovation and tower expansion. The helipads offer guests unparalleled landscape and access to the city and exemplify the luxurious travel experience that defines The Peninsula. The inauguration ceremony of the helipads also marked the opening of the China Clipper Lounge, which pays tribute to the pioneering spirit and adventure of the "flying boat" era.
