Executive Chef

Mr Xavier Boyer

Chef Boyer first joined The Peninsula Hong Kong's culinary team in 2016 as Chef de Cuisine of Gaddi’s. Since then, he has continued to elevate the restaurant’s already-legendary epicurean traditions. Earlier in his career, Chef Boyer honed his skills at some of the world's most celebrated French restaurants, including Le Cinq at Four Seasons Georges V in Paris, L'Atelier in London and New York, and Papillion Fine Dining at TAI Urban Resort in Kaohsiung. He returned to The Peninsula Hong Kong in May 2024 as the Executive Chef.
