• Please note that due to car park height restrictions, we are only able to accommodate vehicles under 2.1m and on a first come first serve basis cars up to 2.5m.

• Room rates are quoted on a per-room, per-night basis and are valid for single or double occupancy only 
• Room rates are inclusive of a 20% VAT 
• An additional discretionary 5% service charge per room, per night, applies 
• Room availability and rates may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking

• Check-in is available as early as 6 am on the day of arrival, and check-out is available as late as 10 pm on the day of departure

• A hospitality room will be provided if the originally booked room category is unavailable at the time of arrival 
• In case of any dispute, The Peninsula Hotels Group reserves the right of interpretation to the extent permitted by applicable laws 
• Cancellation Policy: The hotel must receive any cancellation by 3:00 pm local time 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night penalty charge plus tax
