Tucked away in the sleepy street of Poblacion in Makati, Holy Smokes offers Texas-style smoked meats including fall-off-the bone ribs, succulent roast chicken, sausages and hearty sides. I would recommend trying the beef brisket, blue cheese slaw and chill con carne. It's self-service joint so waiting time is minimal.
Holy Smokes is open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 5p.m. to 12 midnight and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2p.m. for lunch and 5p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner.
