•     Helicopter reservations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the transaction. Inquiries may be made through the Hotel concierge or directly with the Air Taxi.
•     Discounts are applicable to passengers only. Full rate to be applied to any additional passengers.
•     All helicopter flights are strictly limited from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
•     All helicopter tour bookings require 50% down payment at the time of reservation. 50% remaining shall be settled a day prior to the transaction.
•     All children under two (2) years old are discouraged. Waiver form to be accomplished should guest insist.
•     All payment may be settled via payment link or by credit card at the Front Desk.
•     Upon booking, a confirmation letter will be created, affixed signature by the guest and sent back to the Concierge team.
•     Refund due to changes and cancellations will be subject to approval by the hotel.
•     Cancellation five (5) days or more prior transaction, 100% refund.
•     Cancellation less than four (4) days before the transaction will be considered paid and may be used on a later date.
•     Air Taxi serves the right to cancel the transaction due to aircraft concerns, time of Transaction, unfavorable weather.
