SPA FACILITIES
Prior to your treatments we encourage you to enjoy the facilities at the Spa, including separate female and male, Steam Rooms, Saunas, Experience Showers, Ice Fountains, Changing Rooms and Relaxation Areas.

ARRIVAL TIME
You are encouraged to arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to change, relax and enjoy the facilities or at least 15 minutes beforehand to complete your well-being sur vey. In case you are delayed, depending on therapist's availability, we will do our best to provide the same experience. In case we cannot find availability, please note your treatment may be shortened to continue with our following appointments. We recommend that hotel guests arrive at the spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in the room and would advise that valuables are left in the safe in the room. Please note that the duration of the treatment includes the time of consultation and settling in.
SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Please speak with our Spa Reception team who will guide you to the right choice. Hotel guests can press the Spa button on your in-room telephone. From outside the hotel please call +33 (0)1 58 12 66 82. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend advance booking. Please contact the Spa Reception to book Beauty cares.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
HOMECARE
To continue your spa regime and experience at home, products used in our treatments are available for purchase from the Spa Reception.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy, serenity and comfort. The Spa team provides well-being massages with no therapeutic purpose. The Spa is a smoke-free zone, and the use of mobile phones, personal digital assistants and other personal electronic devices is not permitted. The Spa provides luxurious towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your spa visit. The minimum age is 16 for access to treatments and heat facilities at The Peninsula Spa. Please note that the pool is reserved for hotel residents and members only. If you have any medical concerns, allergies or injuries that may affect your service, please inform us in advance when you book your Spa experience. Pets are not allowed in our spa.
PREGNANCY
We have a Mother-to-be massage available at the end of the first trimester of pregnancy. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time, taking into account the advice of your doctor.
