Black Pepper Australian Wagyu with Wild Mushroom Rice Dumpling
Featuring Australian Wagyu beef from Robbins Island, located at the northwestern tip of Tasmania, the beef is renowned for its exceptional marbling and delicate texture. This savoury delicacy is enhanced with earthy black mushrooms, aromatic oyster mushrooms, and a whisper of black pepper. Wrapped in fragrant bamboo leaves, this rice dumpling is offered as an exceptionally delicious Dragon Boat Festival treat.
Pandan-Flavored Black Glutinous Rice with Red Bean Paste Rice Dumpling
A harmonious blend of black glutinous rice, luscious red bean paste, and velvety coconut cream, delicately wrapped in dual layers of pandan and bamboo leaves. The aromatic pandan, a signature ingredient in The Peninsula Shanghai’s culinary repertoire, was inspired by our popular pandan custard mooncake from previous years.
Presented in elegant gift boxes, each set includes six rice dumpling ( three of each flavour ) and is priced at RMB 498.
