• The rate shown is subject to JPY 200 Tokyo accommodation tax per person per night. Any surcharges are likewise subject to tax and service charge
• Check-in is as early as 6:00 am on arrival day and check-out is as late as 10:00 pm on day of departure. Estimated time of arrival and departure must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A hospitality room will be provided if the original booked room category is not available.  Black-out dates apply
• Up to two (2) children aged 11 and below can stay at no extra cost in an adult's room. A baby cot (for babies up to 24 months old) or an extra bed may be arranged upon request at no extra charge. Please notify Reservations team by email (reservationptk@peninsula.com) should you be staying with children so that the necessary arrangements may be made prior to your arrival.
• Children over 12 years old are considered as an adult at The Peninsula Tokyo
• Only 1 extra bed or Baby crib is allowed to be set up per room due to The Fire Protection Act in Japan
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with corporate rate, contract rate, group rate or any other offers which include the benefits of room upgrade already
• For Suite reservations:
  - Complimentary beverages from the mini-bar are applicable for non-alcoholic items only. Alcoholic beverages and food items from the mini bar do not apply. The mini-bar will be restocked once per day during turndown service
