Savor the artistry of Chef Wei Chen, as he brings Omawei, a multi-course omakase menu blending modernism with tradition on The Belvedere Terrace for a limited four-week residency.
Chef Wei’s journey began in NYC, where he trained at renowned establishments such as 15 East, Shuko, and most notably at Sushi Nakazawa under Chef Daisuke Nakazawa. Chef Wei presents an exclusive Japanese tasting menu with an array of small plates, followed by seasonal nigiri showcasing only the finest ingredients throughout the tasting.
