Han Therapy - Seasonal Treatment: Winter Series | The Peninsula Hong Kong

As the season shifts to winter, it is important to shift our focus towards healthcare and well-being. In traditional Chinese culture, people believe in consuming warm tonics and focus on foods rich in protein and oils like meat, milk, selected fruits, and vegetables to bolster immunity during this season. Adequate rest in winter lays a foundation for robust disease resistance in the upcoming spring. Regarding wellness, exercise should be moderate and tailored to the season. Aerobic activities, such as brisk walking, jogging, rope skipping, and Tai Chi, are recommended to enhance blood circulation and overall physical well-being.

Our packages begin with a comprehensive consultation by our expert therapist, who evaluates the guest's Yuan points. For this experience, guests can select three bottles from a customised combination of Five Element oils by Yangsen Biotechnology, a renowned TCM Aromatherapy Research Centre in Taiwan. After assessing the guest's specific requirements and needs, the therapist will recommend a suitable treatment plan.

The therapist will proceed with a 10-minute “Human Reset” acupressure session. This session involves applying targeted pressure to the five primary acupressure points, which are key meridians responsible for regulating the circulation and flow of qi within the body. This acupressure technique helps to restore balance and harmony and guests will continue their wellness journey with either of the two “Han Therapy” packages from our winter series treatments.

These two treatments are designed to promote warming and rejuvenating yang energy within, which include:

  • Revitalising

This 100-minute balancing ritual consists of a 10-minute “Human Reset”, with a 60-minute Meridian Massage to release muscle tension and boost energy flow throughout the body, followed by a 30-minute Signature Scalp Massage that promotes deep inner calm and improves cognitive function.

The treatment is priced at HK$ 2,480* (Mondays to Thursdays) and HK$ 2,580* (Fridays to Sundays and Public Holidays) per person.

  • Rejuvenating Yang Energy
