Since Spring 2023, The Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre has introduced an innovative spa series inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The 'Han Therapy' programme has been artfully integrated over the past year, adapting to the rhythms of the four seasons and focusing on various aspects of physical and mental health.

As we embrace the arrival of spring again, The Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre continues to present this rejuvenating selection of treatments, inviting guests to embark on a transformative journey of Eastern wellness.

A Blend of Ancient Wisdom and Modern Practices

The new ‘Han therapy’ series harmoniously combines ancient Eastern knowledge with contemporary spa techniques. Each treatment is thoughtfully crafted to align the mind, body, and spirit, resonating with the seasonal changes.

Centuries-Old Wellness Paradigm

For millennia, TCM has empowered individuals to achieve health and balance through therapies that enhance the flow of Qi (life energy) within the body. These practices resonate with the essential elements of fire, water, wood, metal, and earth, fostering a deep connection with nature. 

In line with these principles, The Peninsula Spa and Wellness Centre proudly introduces the Springtime ‘Han Therapy’ Packages, encouraging guests to embrace this season of renewal. The two packages seamlessly integrate TCM practices with modern rituals for comprehensive rejuvenation.

Springtime ‘Han Therapy’ Packages 

As winter's chill fades and nature blossoms, it is vital to revitalise Yang energy and balance emotions. This Spring series introduces two new Han Therapy packages: "Blossoming Vitality" and "Radiant Yang Revival".

Both packages begin with a consultation where our expert therapist evaluates the guest’s Yuan points. Guests can choose three bottles from a curated selection of Five Element oils by Yangsen Biotechnology, Asia’s leading TCM Aromatherapy Research Centre. Based on individual needs, the therapist will recommend a tailored treatment.

Blossoming Vitality

This 100-minute balancing ritual includes a 10-minute “Human Reset” acupressure session targeting five key acupressure points that regulate circulation and qi within the body, followed by a 60-minute Meridian Massage that alleviates muscle tension and enhances energy flow, concluding with a 30-minute Signature Scalp Massage that promotes profound inner calm and cognitive clarity.

Available from 3 February to 20 April 2025, the “Spring Cleanse” spa package is priced at HK$ 2,480* (Mondays to Thursdays) and HK$ 2,580* (Fridays to Sundays and Public Holidays) per person.

Radiant Yang Revival
This revitalising 120-minute package features a 10-minute “Human Reset,” a 60-minute Meridian Massage, and a nourishing ginger body scrub and wrap, culminating in a Signature Scalp Massage. This holistic experience nurtures both body and mind, fostering harmony and balance.

Available from 3 February to 20 April 2025, the “Yang Energy Boost” spa package is priced at HK$ 2,680* (Mondays to Thursdays) and HK$ 2,780* (Fridays to Sundays and Public Holidays) per person.
