Alpan Keskin - Resident Manager
Opened to the public in May 2013, this bike share system has proven to be a unique, easy and affordable option for quick, spontaneous trips around New York City. Thousands of Citibikes can be rented at countless stations around New York, each station complete with a touchscreen kiosk, a map of the service area and surrounding neighbourhood and a docking system that releases bikes for rental with a card or key. “It’s the best way to explore the city,” says Keskin. “When riding along the Westside Highway bike path I like to stop by Scoop for clothing, exploring Perry Street, then returning the Citibike to walk Bleeker Street to discover antique and vintage stores.”
Citibikes are available across Manhattan, 24/7, 365 days a year.
