  • Clement Restaurant and Gotham Loungein New York celebrate the Spring Festival with special crafted Chinese menus. Guests can also enjoy Afternoon Tea with alluring artisanal delicacies in partnership with renowned French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat.
  • Chicago diners will be delighted with a tailored Spring Festival Set Menu atShanghai Terrace, with highlights including Double Boiled Chinese Herb Soup and Chef Han’s signature XO Beef Tenderloin paired with a crafted Year of the Pig cocktail.
  • Experience festive Chinese culture combined with French savoir-faire in Paris at the hotel’s specially decorated “China Chic” Suite with Shang Xia furniture, Cha Ling products and artworks by artist Walasse Ting (in collaboration with the Maeght Gallery).
