GALLADA is a Turk-Asian restaurant helmed by Turkey's first, and only, two Michelin-starred Chef Fatih Tutak, where every recipe traces its ingredients and techniques to the ancient Silk Road. Guests can embark on an epicurean journey with a refined new menu complementing the breathtaking views. This season’s highlights include hand-selected Baby Artichoke, which is exclusively nurtured by a farm in Urla, İzmir, and prepared with olive oil and a special marinade. A GALLADA-style Köfte uses time-honoured cooking methods and takes three days to prepare, and a delicious lamb pocket is a Lahmacun Dumpling.
