Your voyage begins on the serene waters of the Seine, a gentle aquatic waltz taking you from the Pont de l’Alma to the Port de l’Arsenal. As Paris unveils its treasures - the first creations of Chef David Bizet emerge as culinary gems. At each gourmet stop, delicate bites and unexpected surprises awaken your senses and enhance this enchanting panorama. Upon reaching the Manufacture Kaviari, a precious workshop awaits: four signature caviars reveal their secrets, accompanied by a delicately crafted plate, with champagne bubbles completing this timeless moment.

The return to The Peninsula Paris, cocooned in the intimacy of a private vehicle, extends the enchantment. At the summit, L’Oiseau Blanc, our two-Michelin-starred restaurant, invites you to a true gastronomic symphony. You will have the choice between three acts or a tasting menu, where each dish, including dessert, celebrates caviar in a harmonious blend of flavors, elevated by perfect finesse.
