Anne Coruble and Chef David Bizet propose an all-chocolate “galette des rois”, with woody and spicy notes. This dessert is composed of a crispy puff pastry with roasted cocoa nibs, a generous cream of raw almonds with 75% Indonesian chocolate, and a smooth 65% Indonesian chocolate ganache with smoked salt.  

This Kings' cake is available to order, at least 48 hours in advance.
