As part of our commitment to help you achieve your fitness goals, we are pleased to provide in-room exercise equipment in the form of a yoga mat and a stretch pole for resident suite guests on a complimentary basis.

Bi-Weekly Wellness Classes for yoga, mindfulness, body building or Tai Chi will be offered on Wednesday and Saturday. All classes will be complimentary for in-room Peninsula guests or Peninsula Spa members.

The Annual Run on the Bund
A 5km run through the centre of Shanghai brining runners and fitness enthusiasts together from all walks of life. This 5 KM run on the scenic Bund promenade welcomed 100 runners along with gorgeous early morning sky over the Huang Pu river. On completion of the run, participants were presented with certificate and treated to light and healthy breakfast specially prepared by The Peninsula culinary team.
