Children under the age of 11 can stay at no extra cost in an adult's room.  A baby cot (for babies up to 24 months old) and an extra bed may be arranged upon request at no extra charge.

Additionally, to ensure a safe stay, baby bed guards, a highchair (for children up to 3 years old) and a baby stroller (for children up to 15kg, aged between 7 months and 3 years old) can be arranged with our compliments.

Connecting rooms are also available for multigenerational family or two families' stays.

By private car: Valet service is available at the main entrance. Check-in with your children with ease as our Peninsula Pages are on hand to assist you in luggage delivery from valet directly to your room.

By subway: The hotel is directly connected to Exit A6 of Hibiya Station.

Pick-up service: We offer transfers from Haneda or Narita airport or Tokyo station at a fee.

At The Peninsula Tokyo, we like to make holidays easier for you. We offer complimentary baby amenities comprising a body care set suitable for babies with sensitive skin, wet wipes and baby bib.Other items such as a baby bathtub, a baby bouncer for babies up to one year old, baby bed guard, and more may be arranged upon request and at no extra charge.

We offer PIPEROID, a paper cutting craft which, upon assembly, forms the hotel’s ambassador Peter the Bear, Ninja, and other shapes. In addition, steps for the basin, body care set, toothbrush set, body scrub sponge, and animal-shaped water guns are offered in the bathroom.

For a more comfortable stay, child-sized slippers, bathrobe, and Yukata (120 cm) are available for rent.

Designed especially for kids, our Brio "All Aboard!" Room Offer gives our littlest guests the unique opportunity to play with Brio’s classic toy vehicles, trains, and railway sets. Children between the age of 4 to 12 years may use the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday. Please note that children below the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Only arm floats and inflatable swim bands are allowed in the pool.

*It is mandatory to wear a swim cap in the pool.

Restaurants at The Peninsula Tokyo offer flexible children's menus to take the stress out of - and put the fun into- mealtimes as a family. Our chefs are highly experienced in creating dishes for even the pickiest eaters, takin into consideration any allergies or dietary preferences. An assortment of baby food is available upon request. Child-friendly amenities such as highchairs and coloring activities are also available.

Private rooms for nursing purposes are available upon request. Please reach out to our Front Desk staffand you will be escorted to the room.

Diaper changing table is available on Level One and Basement One floors, in both female and male restrooms.
