Once again this year, the first floor of The Peninsula will transform into the Grand Salisbury Station, where the custom-built Peninsula Express train carriage awaits its guests for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. With its exterior painted in signature Peninsula Green, and a finely crafted interior featuring rich wood panelling, vintage light fixtures and elegantly set dining tables, the carriage gives diners the sense of journeying through iconic destinations in China, inspired by Beijing and Shanghai.
