Homemade using Spring Moon's hallmark techniques, the Premium Glutinous Rice Dumpling is infused with premium ingredients including 30-head Middle Eastern dried abalone, Jinhua ham and conpoy, opening up an array of flavours and textures. In addition to the savoury rice dumplings, the Tangerine Peel and Red Bean Glutinous Rice Dumpling offers a sweet variation of a traditional delicacy using a centuries-old recipe. The festive treats are best enjoyed with the three artisanal condiments - XO Chilli Sauce, Sichuan Chilli Sauce, and Chiu Chow Chilli Sauce, all freshly made in-house and specially crafted for your personal taste.
