For those interested in pasta making, The Lobby will offer a Valentine’s Day Cooking Experience on Saturday, February 15^th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The two-hour experience will include a pasta making class focused on tortellini followed by a three-course lunch of oysters, pasta and dessert in The Lobby, available at US$ 480 per couple.

Romantic Dining in The Lobby

Reserve a four-course dinner in The Lobby restaurant for the perfect romantic celebration this Valentine’s Day. This special menu is available February 14^th through 16^th and includes an Oyster amuse, Organic Main Lobster, Heart Shaped Raviolo, choice of Chilean Seabass or Australian Wagyu and The Lobby’s Chocolate Bar offering an endless array of elegant Valentine’s Day bite-sized chocolate delights and petite chocolate delicacies. A three-piece band will accompany dinner daily. Available at US$ 125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity with wine pairings available for an additional US$ 60 per person. The Lobby Chocolate Bar will be open starting at 9:00 pm February 14^th though 16^th for US$ 45 per person. Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea is available February 14^th through 16^th and includes a glass of Champagne, available at US$ 98 per person.

Five-Course Dinner in Shanghai Terrace

Those interested in an Asian-inspired dinner can reserve the special five-course menu in Shanghai Terrace. Start with a Shanghai Terrace appetizer duo including Golden Prawn and Traditional Chicken Rolls, followed by Chef Elmo Han’s infamous Dim Sum Trio, Chicken Hot & Sour Soup, and a choice of Maine Lobster in Spicy Seafood Sauce or Shanghai Terrace Beef Strip Loin. Finish the meal with Shanghai Terrace Chocolate Treasure. The Valentine’s Day menu is available on February 14^th at US$ 128 per person.

“Prisoner To Love” Wine Dinner at Pierrot Gourmet

Visit Pierrot Gourmet on Friday, February 14^th for their monthly wine dinner series. This month, the culinary team will partner with Prisoner Wine Company for a multi-course dinner with wine pairings. Available at US$ 125 per person, seating is limited.

Pierrot Gourmet will also offer a variety of Valentine’s Day treats throughout the season such as raspberry heart shaped macarons, chocolate bonbon hearts, red crème filled chocolate cookies, and chocolate dipped strawberries by the half dozen.

Champagne Celebration at Z Bar

Visit Z Bar for a romantic evening of Champagne and oysters or join Director of Cocktails and Culture, Vlad Novikov, for a Wanderlust Champagne tasting on Thursday, February 13th for US$ 95 per person.
