Romantic Dining in The Lobby

Reserve a four-course dinner in The Lobby restaurant for the perfect romantic celebration this Valentine’s Day. This special menu is available on Monday, February 14^th, 2022 and includes an Oyster amuse, followed by choice of Diver Scallop or Roasted Cauliflower Steak for the first course. Entrée choices include Short Rib or Butter Poached Lobster or Herb Parisian Gnocchi. Dessert rounds out the romantic dinner with choice of Strawberry Pavlova or Caramelized Milk Chocolate Custard.  Valentine’s Dinner in The Lobby is priced at US$ 148 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are available for an additional US$ 60 per person. Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is offered Friday, February 11^th through Monday, February 14^th with seatings at 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm and includes a glass of Rosé Champagne for US$ 125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Celebrate Romance in Shanghai Terrace

Those interested in an Asian-inspired dinner can reserve the special four-course menu in Shanghai Terrace (in addition to the à la carte menu) available Friday, February 11^th through Sunday February 13^th. Start with Chef Elmo Han’s traditional Dim Sum Trio: Shrimp and Chicken Dumpling, Baby Bok Choy Dumpling and Foie Gras Dumpling; followed by Crab Corn Chowder.  Entrée choices include Steamed Chilean Seabass or Honey Mango Beef Tenderloin. Complete the romantic dinner with a special Valentine’s Day dessert from the pastry chef.  The Valentine’s holiday menu is US$ 148 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Champagne Celebrations at Z Bar

• Reserve the Private Dining Room at Z Bar for an intimate evening of “Rosé and Roses.” This exclusive experience provides a perfect backdrop to propose and includes 10 dozen red roses, a bottle of Dom Perignon Rosé, Oyster and Caviar and themed desserts on display and is priced at US$ 3,500 for two people for two hours, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations should be made via TOCK. This experience is available January 2^nd through February 13^th, 2022, based on availability. Advance notice is required.
• Guests looking to reserve a more subdued experience in Z Bar can reserve “Rosé and Caviar,” which includes a glass of Rosé Champagne, four caviar-based canapes and a red rose as a parting gift. This experience is available Friday, February 11^th through Sunday February 13^th, 2022 and may be ordered while in Z Bar or in advance via TOCK for US$ 90 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Couples looking to relax together this Valentine’s Day holiday can indulge in a range of treatments at The Peninsula Spa. Guests may choose a 60- or 90-minute in-room couples’ massage with an added bath experience including a drawn bath with Subtle Energies Bath Soak and rose petals. Valentine’s gifts to take home include: Subtle Energies Bath Soak, Subtle Energies Massage Oil or Body Lotion, and a LAFCO candle. The 60-minute massage experience is available for US$ 800 per couple and US$ 1,000 per couple for 90-minute massage experience, both are inclusive of gratuity.
