Those interested in an Asian-inspired dinner can reserve the special five-course set menu in Shanghai Terrace, with choice of entrée offered Wednesday, February 14th, 2024. Start with Chef Elmo Han’s appetizer duo of Peking duck and crispy shrimp, followed by a traditional dim sum trio: pork siewmai, green chive shrimp dumpling and vegetable dumpling. The next course features scallop hot and sour soup.  Entrée choices include steamed halibut in coriander soy sauce, or Szechwan beef tenderloin. Complete the romantic dinner with crème fraiche cheesecake for dessert.  The Valentine’s holiday menu is US$ 148 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The à la carte menu will be available as well. Wine pairings are available for an additional US$ 88 per person.  Reservations may be made via OpenTable.
