The Un Duo Michelin Dining Experience at The Peninsula Hong Kong is an exquisite culinary adventure combining the masterful Michelin-starred cuisines of Spring Moon and Gaddi’s. Chef Albin Gobil of Gaddi’s and Chef Lam Yuk Ming of Spring Moon will combine their talents to prepare a scintillating 6-course menu showcasing the very best of each esteemed dining destination.

Guests are invited to share the Un Duo Michelin Dining Experience as part of the celebration at Spring Moon and Gaddi’s to mark the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2021 awarding one-Michelin star to each restaurant. This is the fifth consecutive Michelin star for Spring Moon, and the second consecutive Michelin star for Gaddi’s. 

The Michelin-starred journey begins at Spring Moon with an alluring Chef’s appetiser trio. Served in bite-size portions, a sublime trinity of Smoked barbecued Hungarian mangalica pork with honeyChilled tomato with plum wine jelly and Roasted goose liver with barbecued pork and eryngii mushroom is paired with chilled Fuding jasmine dragon pearl tea. With palates stimulated, diners will enjoy a Garoupa and chicken soup with fish maw and wontonPan-fried crab claw with ginger, spring onions and bean curd sheet is matched with smooth Zheng Shan Xiao Xhongtea to conclude the Spring Moon section of the menu. 

Guests will be accompanied to Gaddi’s, where the grand epicurean adventure continues with a seasonal presentation of Patagonian toothfish with Hokkaido sea urchin, green asparagus and lemongrass emulsionMiéral pigeon with baby turnips, fresh cherries and Jamaican pepper is an unforgettable taste sensation. The gloriously refreshing finale is a Golden apple confection with light vanilla cream and Granny Smith sorbet.

The Un Duo Michelin Dining Experience brings together The Peninsula Hong Kong’s two award-winning Golden Trios to craft an exclusive 6-course gastronomic adventure for discerning diners.

At Gaddi’s, Chef Albin Gobil delights guests with inspired interpretations of modern classics. Ensuring that Gaddi’s elegant interiors and imaginative cuisines are matched by impeccable service is Restaurant Manager Michele Drusacchi, who marries old-world charm with novel updates. The restaurant sommeliers share their peerless knowledge on over 700 of the world’s finest vintages.

At Spring Moon, Chef Lam Yuk Ming pairs two decades of experience with contemporary flair to elevate Cantonese cuisine to delicious new heights. Restaurant Manager Marco Wu’s devotion to fine Cantonese cooking provides personal attention straight from the heart, and certified National Tea Artist Elvis Wong brings timeless insights to tea pairings and Chinese tea ceremonies.

Available from 27 January to 24 April 2021 (Tuesday to Saturday), the Un Duo Michelin Dining Experience at The Peninsula Hong Kong is priced at HK$2,388* per person, with wine pairing available for an additional HK$780*.
