On level 5 of The Peninsula Tokyo, ‘mon cher ton ton HIBIYA’, a teppanyaki restaurant by "Seryna", is a long-established Japanese restaurant since 1961. Named by the writer Shusaku Endo, mon cher ton ton has hosted many local and overseas celebrities, politicians and discerning epicureans.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- Seating request is subject to availability.
- Additional fee applies for a private room.
- Private room reservation is mandatory for guests with child(ren) under 12 years old.
- Late arrivals after 30 minutes of reserved time may be cancelled and treated as a ‘no-show’, and cancellation fees will apply. Please inform us should guests be unable to arrive on reserved time.
- In case of no-show, JPY 5,500 for lunch time and JPY 11,000 for dinner time (per person, tax included) will be charged.
* Cancellation fee may vary depending on the situation, such as cancellation made just before the reservation time or large-group cancellation on the day. However, this will not be applied when it is difficult to reach us due to natural disasters or extreme weather.
