This spring, our signature Cantonese restaurant, Hei Fung Terrace, introduces a unique twist on the traditional British classic with a Chinese Afternoon Tea. Our talented culinary team led by Chef de Cuisine Yusuke Komuro has crafted an exquisite menu featuring both sweet and savory Chinese specialties, including Abalone Pie with Mushrooms and Broad Bean, Steamed Dumpling with Wagyu Beef, Roasted Duck, Steamed Dumpling with Kumejima Kuruma Prawn, and Homemade Barbecued Pork Pie, among others. To complete the experience, guests can enjoy a selection of homemade sweets, accompanied by a curated selection of authentic Chinese teas.
