Join us at Peter: The Bar every Friday for 'The Analog Record Series' where we celebrate the artistry of the DJ and groove to the hits that have shaped Tokyo’s music and vinyl culture through the decades. The series is curated by some of the best vinyl record DJs in the business promising a plethora of funk, hip-hop, soul, R&B, and jazz. This summer especially, we are delighted to welcome DJ TOJO as he brings the electrifying Latin and salsa beats to the table. In addition to the music, we serve award-winning cocktails and delicious bar bites for guests to enjoy.

About DJ KENTA (performs on September 20th and October 4th)

DJ KENTA's seamless and groovy playing style, weaving together tracks from various genres as if on a single thread, has made him a truly "danceable" DJ. He has performed in New York, Asia, and at major brand parties, hotels, and festivals. He hosts the weekly live broadcast "Abema Mix" on Abema TV's HIP-HOP channel and was selected for the popular program "mynameis," raising expectations for his future activities.

About DJ KAWASAKI (performs on September 27th and October 11th and 25th)

DJ KAWASAKI debuted in 2005 when he released a 12-inch single from King Street Records. In 2006 his album 'Beautiful ‘ was release from the major record label Columbia. The singles released from this album made No.1 by eight consecutive tracks on the iTunes Dance Chart. He recently started his own label "KAWASAKI RECORDS". His first release from this will be 'Don't Put My Heart Down' feat Maylee Todd" (HMV record) November 3rd in 2018.He has his resident DJ regular party “MAGNETiC” at his home ground, The Room in Tokyo each and every month.

About DJ TOJO (performs on September 6th)

TOJO began his career in the early 90’s across Tokyo's clubs, cafes, and live venues. Discovered in 2003 by trumpeter Osada Isao, he became a resident DJ at ‘afrontier’ in Motion Blue Yokohama, collaborating with artists globally. He has performed at the renowned jazz club Blue Note Tokyo, showcasing his versatile sets which span salsa, UK jazz, Latin and more. His DJ style is a crossover that transcends time and space, and excels at creating dramatic and story-driven, evocative playlists.
