Spend an idly morning with a traditional Japanese Breakfast curated by Chef Kazuo Takagi from "Kyoryouri TAKAGI", a two-star Michelin awarded restaurant in Ashiya, Kobe. Only available at The Lobby or In-Room Dining of The Peninsula Tokyo.
A traditional Japanese Breakfast is a complete meal with rice, miso soup, vegetables, grilled fish, and other side dishes. Menus, using only the best seasonal ingredients, are designed by Chef Takagi every other month, while the dessert is prepared by the hotel’s pastry chef.
Two variations of "Natto" or fermented soybeans are available at a supplementary charge, to go harmoniously with the steamed rice.
