*Hotel entry is available only from Main entrance and Naka Dori entrance (11:00 am – 7:00 pm). B1/B2 entrances are closed.
*Body temperature screening of all guests entering the hotel is mandatory. Should you not feel well or with temperature over 37.5℃, please refrain from visiting the hotel.
*Facemasks are required for all guests at all times. Should you not be wearing a facemask, you may be requested to do so and the hotel can provide one with our compliments.

*Relaxation area is only accessible only prior to a spa treatment booking. (Please kindly note that this area will not be accessible after a spa treatment. Only Bottled Water will be offered. No refreshment and reading materials will be available.)
*Health declaration form to be filled upon spa check-in.

Fitness Center: 
7:00 am - 9:00 pm 

*Only Bottled Water will be offered. No fruits, reading materials and cold towels will be available.
*Headsets available upon request.
*Swimsuit dryer in locker room is suspended.
*Limitation of the number of guests in the fitness center.
*Rental T-shirts and shorts are available at JPY500 (excluding tax) at the Spa Reception.

* Please refrain from taking off masks during exercise.

Swimming Pool: 
7:00 am - 9:00 pm 

*Swimsuit dryer in locker room is suspended.
*Only Bottled Water will be offered. No reading materials and cold towels will be available.
*In our efforts to maintain a safe number of persons in the pool at any given time, we kindly ask that you pre-book your requested time (for duration of one hour).  Each room may book up to one reservation per night’s stay.
*Swim caps are available for purchase or complimentary rental. It is mandatory to use swim cap in the pool.  New goggles and swim wear are available for sale at Spa Reception, as rental swim goggles and swim wear are no longer offered.
*Children between the age of 4 to 12 years and under may use the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (up to 8:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Furthermore, children below the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

For Staying Guests
