Peter: The Bar is delighted to unveil its new Zero-Proof menu, featuring an expansive selection of thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic beverages. Beverage Manager and award-winning mixologist Mari Kamata devised the concept of Zero-Proof as an avenue to showcase creativity and innovation in drink craftsmanship, without the traditional ballast of spirits.
The premier Zero-Proof menu consists of a total of 20 non-alcoholic cocktails, including eight types of Zero-Proof Classic cocktails that are akin to the original versions, sans the spirits.
