Lo Hei is a popular festive dish that originated in the Chinese communities of the Malay Peninsula in South East Asia. Meaning "Feng Sheng Shui Qi" and "More and more prosperous," Lo Hei is an exotic combination of ocean-fresh seafood, shredded vegetables and a secret sauce that is accompanied by diners sharing greetings across the table.

 

Lo Hei is priced from RMB 388 per serving and available at Huang Ting starting from 7 January 2025.
