Internationally acclaimed mixologists from across Asia will headline Season Two of the Guest Bartender Series at Peter: The Bar. Curated by Mari Kamata, Mixology & Bar Manager, the stellar line-up includes inspiring and creative bartenders featured on the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. Guests can enjoy four exclusive cocktails, each priced from JPY 2,800, that are specially created for each event.

The series will see bartenders from leading bars, such as Nutmeg & Clove (Singapore), Suntory Japanese Cuisine & Whisky (Shanghai), Indulge Experimental Bistro (Taipei), and Zest (Seoul), collaborate with Peter: The Bar to create a limited-edition cocktail menu for one night only. Season two will showcase delicious cocktails and groundbreaking mixology skills and delve into each bartender’s unique approach to the artistry, magic and science of cocktail crafting, offering an experience unavailable anywhere else.

Hong Kong native Shelley is head bartender at Nutmeg & Clove, which was recognized as one of Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2022, and ranked 7th in 2023 under her leadership. Shelley was nominated for the Best New International Cocktail Bar award in the 2023 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards, ranking among the top 10 nominees.


Rie Hidaka – Suntory Japanese Cuisine & Whisky

Rie brings rich experience from a variety of international hotels around the world, including The London EDITION and The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, to guests who can expect adventurous drinks, unparalleled company, and nights filled with stories.


Ellen Y. Su – Indulge Experimental Bistro (Asia’s 50 Best Bars)

The celebrated senior bartender of Indulge Experimental Bistro in Taipei, Ellen is set to grace Tokyo with her sophisticated and elegant approach to cocktails. As a senior bartender, Ellen has played a crucial role in the bar’s achievement in winning Asia’s Best 50 Bars for seven consecutive years since 2017.


Rachel Shin – Zest (Asia’s 50 Best Bars)
October 9 and 10, 2024
Rachel, who is renowned for her exquisitely crafted cocktails, will showcase her compelling blend of charisma and meticulous attention to detail at Peter. Awarded as Diageo World Class Korea Finalist for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023, Rachel has led Zest onto the 50 Best Bars lists both in Asia and worldwide.
