Mizuki navigates the world with an unwavering smile. Despite enduring hardships that could have cast a lasting shadow, Mizuki's unbreakable spirit has defiantly guided her to happiness.

From a series of painful losses, a home, and cherished childhood memories, through a typhoon and later the 2011 Fukushima earthquake, Mizuki drew the strength to refuse to let adversity define her. Instead, her youthful enthusiasm pierced through the storm clouds of her past, illuminating her future with laughter and music. An anime and K-pop aficionado, Mizuki loves singing karaoke with friends, discovering the next trendy cafe, and hunting figurines of her favourite anime characters in the capsule toy machines of Tokyo’s famous arcades. Given her past, it’s no surprise that Mizuki also loves fortune-telling – she always wants to know what’s around the corner.

Mizuki stands as living proof that hope and happiness can triumph, and that light outshines darkness, and it is this indomitable positivity that drives her daily interactions with guests at The Peninsula, where she rejoices in crafting happy memories for her guests, and where her lifelong dream of working in hospitality finds daily fulfilment.
